At Vinlighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home lighting purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original condition and packaging. If your fixture doesn't perfectly illuminate your space, our dedicated support team is here to assist with a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the lighting fixture in its original box, ensuring all mounting hardware, crystals, and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
